Michael Edwards, “Yaikel", Chilean artist, currently residing in Santiago de Chile, with a deep, interesting and powerful vision and interpretation of nature and its colors.

His works, even for those unfamiliar with his work, show quite graphically how it connects with the medium and uses it as a tool of inspiration.

His colours, which are extremely pleasing to the viewer's eyes, are a great palette on the scale of greens, blues and colours directly related to the earth - perhaps this could be another of his stamps, apart from the murals in which he depicts nature's claim to be the owner of the world, although constantly threatened. His work manifests a contemplation of the environment and a way of using the spaces as a showcase to expose his interpretation, and at the same time a way of making public places a canvas in which the natural, the trees, the fauna, are in retreat because of the advance of the constructions.
