Jocelyn “Anis" Aracena, 32 years old, Chilean and graffiti artist, trained in Street Art since she was 12 years old, in a place normally dominated by men.
Her work relates to the her interactions with street experiences, the questions about the female body in a dialogue with the urban landscape, and the feminist critique. Her work is linked to human causes, especially gender equality, environmental issues and women as a factor of struggle in current society. Which is one of the main themes in her works.
From “the end of the world” we also live in a male chauvinist society, where the number of femicides have increased considerably every day, this is why Anis, has dedicated herself strongly to raise awareness about what is happening in Chile and also in Latin America with women, always from a positive perspective and approach.
